    All the best for the new book, Jim. My top concern would be the role of leadership and management in Agile Marketing.

    Thanks for the feedback. I have an entire chapter devoted to that topic (chapter 22). I also have four other chapters devoted to what I call the Four Shifts. These are shifts in organizational beliefs and behaviors that must happen if an organization is truly going to become agile:
