I’m available for coaching on the implementation and ongoing process of Agile Marketing, as well as marketing issues in general. I start with a free 15-minute consult, which is my gift to you. After that, I charge hourly or on a project basis.
Here is an agenda for a sample one-day implementation course. One day is pretty much a minimum; this could easily be expanded to 2-3 days.

Hi, I run the content marketing and marketing communication teams at mynrma.com.au in Sydney, Australia.
Do you have any representatives locally? Or can you recommend anyone?… I’m keen to find out more and decide whether our marketing function is at the right stage to adopt agile.
Thanks!
Matt
Matt,
I’m just one guy, but if you want to set up a time to Skype, happy to chat with you. My wife’s best friend lives west of you in Melbourne, so we’re quite accustomed to the timezone difference. Usually sometime in my evening (I’m in the Pacific time zone) is best.
